Among the 110 cars that expressed interest, you have been selected to attend the first ever Smokies air Cooled Event.  The event will take place from 10/4-10/8 2024.  We have secured an INSANE venue for the event.  Here are the highlights

Access in under an hour to  to Foothills Parkway, The Blue Ridge Parkway, And 215/ 230 in Waynesville

Opening in Spring 2024 this cabin features 26 Bedrooms, 30 Baths, three living rooms, and an outdoor patio with a fire pit. The living quarters are spread out over three levels, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.

In addition to its luxurious sleeping and living quarters, the cabin features an entertainment wing that is sure to delight guests of all ages. This individual wing of the house is designed for fun and relaxation, with an indoor swimming pool, multiple spas, a half-court indoor basketball area, black light Mini golf, pop a shot, and home theater with 100 inch screen where you can watch your favorite movies in style.  There is a mountain coaster 1.5 miles away. 

SO HERE’S THE DEAL… 

26 Cars, $1750/ car will cover your 4 nights at this place and most or all food., BYOB.  There may be an additional collection depending on the catering we choose..   You can arrive on 10/4, or 10/5, or whatever but the price will be the same regardless.    This is not a fundraiser, not a charity event, and we are all (25 of us)  chipping in to rent this place for $34k (plus catering) for 4 nights (and I’m already on the hook for that :-), staff it at the level we want,  and have an insanely amazing weekend as a family with our air cooled cars.   . 

Given the accommodations… Spouses are of course welcome!  If they don't want to drive, they can suffer at the “Cabin”.  Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are right around the corner. 

Sleeping accommodations are - Most rooms have a king bed and a futon.  All bedrooms have a private bath.
