  CANCELLATION POLICY
  

  • Cancellations received on or before December 31, 2026 will receive a refund less a $500 cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be issued after December 31, 2026.
  • If your spot is filled by another eligible Smokies GT member from the waitlist or through an approved transfer, you will receive a full refund once the replacement registration has been completed and paid in full.
  • All cancellation requests must be be submitted via email to organizers@smokiesgt.org.
  • Smokies GT reserves the right to make the final determination on all refunds and transfers.
